From the Blackbutt forests
Blackbutt trees grow across parts of Western Australia, where their flowers provide an important source of nectar for bees.
The bees forage among the trees, bringing the nectar back to the hive where it slowly becomes honey.
The result is a darker honey with a character that reflects the forest it comes from.
