From wildflowers and forests to orchards and fields, each landscape offers a different mix of nectar and pollen. The seasons and weather play their part too.

Bees know how to make honey. Our beekeepers know how to care for the hive.
We work alongside them, getting close to the hives and taking part in the harvest ourselves.
We learn from the bees, the seasons and the land. Learning when to step in, and when to let nature take its course.
