However, honey is a natural product. Its colour, texture, aroma and flavour may vary between harvests and batches. Product photographs are for illustration and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.

Honey may also naturally crystallise over time. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of honey and does not, by itself, indicate that the product has spoiled.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An order is accepted when we confirm the order and payment has been successfully processed. Until then, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product information or price.

If we are unable to fulfil an order or part of an order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and arrange an appropriate refund for any affected amount.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, contact details and delivery address.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore dollars (S$) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and provide a full refund.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
