From the longan orchards
In Northern Thailand, longan trees flower during the warmer months, covering the orchards in small clusters of blossoms.
For the bees, the flowering season brings an abundance of nectar. For us, it gives the honey its distinctive character.
The honey carries something of the orchard it came from.
