Nutritional Content
Honey contains trace amounts of vitamins and minerals such as B vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. It also boasts antioxidants, including flavonoids and phenolic acids, which can help combat oxidative stress in the body. In contrast, white sugar primarily consists of sucrose and offers no significant nutritional value, providing only empty calories. Natural vs. Processed
