Refund
As honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns.
While every effort is made to ensure that our precious honey arrives in perfect condition, occasionally it may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and send images of the product.
Please retain the damaged product and wrap it carefully in plastic to prevent leakage or injury. Do not discard it until we have had a chance to assess the situation.
If deemed suitable, we will dispatch a replacement product as soon as possible, or we will add a credit to your account for use on a future order.
We stand by our products and are happy to discuss any concerns or feedback that you may have.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and exempt from the returns policy above.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
